Payment, Tokens & Billing Policy

On this page1. Overview

Effective date: 14 July 2026

1. Overview

This Payment, Tokens & Billing Policy (“Policy”) explains how payments, Tokens, pricing, purchases, billing adjustments, failed operations, payment disputes, and related matters are handled when you use BrelexCode.

BrelexCode is operated by:

BERELEX TRADE OÜ Registry code: 17535099 Registered address: Maakri tn 19/1, Kesklinna linnaosa, 10145 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia Email: info@brelexcode.com Phone: +372 669 2281

This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our:

  • Terms of Service;
  • Refund & Cancellation Policy;
  • Privacy Policy;
  • Acceptable Use Policy;
  • AI & Generated Content Policy; and
  • Cookie Policy.

By purchasing Tokens or another paid product through BrelexCode, you agree to the terms applicable to that purchase.

Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

2. Paid Features

BrelexCode may offer paid access to certain features of the Service.

Depending on the functionality available at the time of purchase, paid products may include:

  • Token packages;
  • additional usage credits;
  • access to particular AI models;
  • increased project or usage limits;
  • additional image-generation capacity;
  • enhanced export functionality;
  • account-level features;
  • promotional packages;
  • custom packages; or
  • other paid functionality made available through the Service.

The specific features, quantities, limits, prices, and conditions applicable to a purchase will be displayed on the relevant pricing page, purchase screen, checkout page, or other applicable interface before you complete the transaction.

Features and package structures may change over time.

A feature included in one package or account level is not necessarily included in another.

3. Tokens

BrelexCode may use internal usage credits referred to as “Tokens” to measure and provide access to eligible features of the Service.

Tokens may be used for operations such as:

  • AI-assisted application generation;
  • code generation or modification;
  • project iterations;
  • use of particular AI models;
  • image generation;
  • processing of project context;
  • other AI-powered operations; or
  • other usage-based features identified by BrelexCode.

The exact features for which Tokens may be used may change as the Service develops.

4. Nature of Tokens

Tokens are contractual units that allow access to eligible features of the BrelexCode Service.

Tokens are not:

  • legal tender;
  • electronic money;
  • cryptocurrency;
  • a bank deposit;
  • a payment account;
  • a security;
  • an investment;
  • a financial instrument;
  • a stored-value payment product; or
  • an ownership interest in BERELEX TRADE OÜ or BrelexCode.

Tokens:

  • do not accrue interest;
  • have no value outside the BrelexCode Service;
  • cannot be used to purchase goods or services from unrelated third parties;
  • cannot normally be exchanged or redeemed for cash;
  • cannot normally be sold or transferred to another user; and
  • may only be used in accordance with the functionality and conditions made available by BrelexCode.

Nothing in this section limits any refund, reimbursement, or other remedy that must be provided under applicable law.

5. Purchased and Promotional Tokens

Tokens may be obtained through:

  • a paid purchase;
  • a promotion;
  • a trial;
  • a goodwill adjustment;
  • a referral or reward programme;
  • restoration following a qualifying technical failure; or
  • another mechanism offered by BrelexCode.

Different conditions may apply to different categories of Tokens.

For example, promotional or complimentary Tokens may:

  • be limited to particular features;
  • be subject to a validity period;
  • be non-transferable;
  • be unavailable for monetary refund;
  • be subject to campaign-specific conditions; or
  • be removed where they were obtained through abuse, fraud, technical error, or violation of applicable promotional terms.

Where a special condition applies, it will be communicated through the Service, promotional offer, or other relevant terms.

Purchased Tokens and promotional Tokens may be treated differently for refund, expiry, accounting, or promotional purposes where permitted by law.

6. Token Packages and Account Benefits

BrelexCode may offer different Token packages or account levels.

A package may include or affect:

  • the number of Tokens credited to your account;
  • access to certain AI models;
  • project limits;
  • generation limits;
  • image-generation limits;
  • export functionality;
  • concurrency or processing limits;
  • account features;
  • promotional benefits; or
  • other functionality.

The benefits applicable to a particular purchase are those presented to you before purchase, subject to:

  • these Terms and policies;
  • applicable technical and fair-use limitations;
  • changes permitted by applicable law; and
  • any specific terms displayed for the relevant package.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing Tokens does not guarantee that every current or future BrelexCode feature will be included without additional payment or usage requirements.

7. One-Time and Recurring Purchases

Unless the checkout page expressly states that a product is a subscription or otherwise involves recurring billing, a purchase is treated as a one-time purchase and will not automatically renew.

If BrelexCode introduces subscription or recurring-payment products, the following information will be presented before purchase as applicable:

  • the billing frequency;
  • the recurring price;
  • the initial term;
  • renewal conditions;
  • cancellation method; and
  • other material billing conditions required by applicable law.

BrelexCode will not convert a one-time purchase into a recurring subscription without your agreement.

8. Prices

The price applicable to a purchase is the price displayed to you before you confirm the transaction.

Prices may vary depending on:

  • the package selected;
  • purchase quantity;
  • currency;
  • location;
  • promotional offer;
  • applicable taxes;
  • payment method;
  • account eligibility; or
  • other legitimate pricing factors disclosed before purchase.

BrelexCode may change prices for future purchases at any time.

A price change will not retroactively increase the amount already charged for a completed purchase.

The availability of a previous price, package, discount, or promotion does not create a right to receive the same price in the future.

9. Pricing Errors

We aim to display prices accurately.

However, technical, typographical, configuration, currency, or other errors may occasionally occur.

If an obvious or material pricing error occurs, we may, to the extent permitted by law:

  • correct the displayed price;
  • cancel an uncompleted transaction;
  • contact you before fulfilling an affected purchase;
  • refund an incorrectly charged amount;
  • request payment of the correctly disclosed amount before proceeding; or
  • take another reasonable corrective measure.

We will not knowingly rely on an obvious pricing error to charge you a higher amount without your agreement.

Where a transaction has already been completed, your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Taxes

Prices may be displayed:

  • inclusive of applicable taxes;
  • exclusive of applicable taxes; or
  • with applicable taxes calculated during checkout,

depending on the transaction, your location, the information available to us, and applicable law.

The total amount payable will be presented before you confirm the transaction where required by law.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and location information necessary to determine applicable tax treatment.

Where required by law, BrelexCode or its payment provider may:

  • calculate VAT or another applicable tax;
  • collect tax;
  • issue tax-related transaction records; or
  • retain information necessary for tax compliance.

Nothing in this Policy constitutes tax advice.

11. Currency

Available currencies may vary.

The currency applicable to your transaction will be displayed before you complete the purchase.

If your payment method is denominated in a different currency, your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution may apply:

  • currency conversion;
  • exchange-rate adjustments;
  • foreign transaction fees; or
  • other charges.

Such third-party charges are generally outside BrelexCode’s control and are not amounts charged by BrelexCode unless expressly stated otherwise.

12. Payment Methods

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

BrelexCode may use third-party payment service providers to process transactions.

You authorise BrelexCode and the relevant payment provider to process the information necessary to:

  • authorise the transaction;
  • collect payment;
  • confirm the purchase;
  • prevent fraud;
  • process refunds;
  • manage payment disputes and chargebacks; and
  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

The availability of a particular payment method is not guaranteed and may vary by:

  • country;
  • currency;
  • transaction amount;
  • payment provider;
  • risk assessment; or
  • other legitimate factors.

13. Payment Authorisation

By submitting a payment, you represent that:

  • you are authorised to use the selected payment method;
  • the billing information you provide is accurate;
  • the transaction is not fraudulent or unlawful; and
  • you authorise the applicable amount to be charged.

A purchase is not necessarily complete merely because a payment attempt has been submitted.

A transaction may remain:

  • pending;
  • subject to verification;
  • declined;
  • cancelled;
  • reversed; or
  • otherwise incomplete

until payment has been successfully authorised and confirmed.

14. Purchase Confirmation

After a successful purchase, BrelexCode or its payment provider may provide:

  • an on-screen confirmation;
  • an email confirmation;
  • a receipt;
  • an invoice;
  • a transaction reference; or
  • another record of the purchase.

You are responsible for checking the purchase information and notifying us within a reasonable time if you believe that:

  • you were charged an incorrect amount;
  • the purchased Tokens were not credited;
  • the transaction appears more than once;
  • the purchase was unauthorised; or
  • another billing error occurred.

You can contact us at:

info@brelexcode.com

15. Token Crediting

Tokens purchased through a successful transaction will normally be credited to the relevant BrelexCode account after payment has been confirmed.

Crediting may occasionally be delayed because of:

  • payment processing time;
  • security checks;
  • fraud-prevention measures;
  • network or infrastructure issues;
  • delayed payment-provider confirmation;
  • account verification;
  • technical errors; or
  • other circumstances.

A payment confirmation from a bank or card issuer does not always mean that BrelexCode has received final settlement of the transaction.

If payment has been completed but the relevant Tokens have not been credited, please contact:

info@brelexcode.com

We may request information reasonably necessary to identify and verify the transaction.

16. Token Consumption

Tokens are consumed when you use eligible usage-based features.

The amount consumed may depend on factors such as:

  • the AI model selected;
  • the complexity of the requested operation;
  • the amount of project context processed;
  • the quantity of Input;
  • the quantity or complexity of Output;
  • image generation;
  • the number or type of files processed;
  • computational requirements;
  • third-party AI or infrastructure costs;
  • the feature used; and
  • other technical factors relevant to the operation.

Different models and features may consume Tokens at different rates.

A similar-looking request may not always consume the same number of Tokens.

17. Estimates Before an Operation

Where available, BrelexCode may provide an estimated Token cost before you start an operation.

An estimate is intended to help you understand the likely cost of the requested operation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, an estimate is not a guaranteed final charge.

Actual Token consumption may differ because the final amount of processing required may not be known until the operation is completed.

Factors affecting actual usage may include:

  • response length;
  • project size;
  • amount of context processed;
  • model behaviour;
  • additional technical processing;
  • generation complexity; and
  • other usage characteristics.

Where available, BrelexCode may display the actual Token consumption after the operation.

18. Authorisation to Consume Tokens

By initiating an operation that clearly indicates or reasonably implies Token consumption, you authorise BrelexCode to deduct the applicable Tokens from your available balance.

Where an estimated cost is displayed, you remain responsible for the actual usage associated with the operation, subject to:

  • information provided before the operation;
  • any applicable limits or controls;
  • technical errors;
  • our Refund & Cancellation Policy; and
  • mandatory consumer law.

We will not intentionally charge Tokens for an operation that you did not initiate or authorise.

19. Insufficient Token Balance

If your available Token balance is insufficient for a requested operation, BrelexCode may:

  • prevent the operation from starting;
  • ask you to obtain additional Tokens;
  • limit the operation;
  • make a lower-cost option available;
  • allow another method of access where offered; or
  • take another action communicated through the Service.

BrelexCode is not required to provide paid usage on credit or allow a negative Token balance.

20. Failed, Interrupted and Incomplete Operations

AI-powered and technical operations may occasionally fail, stop, time out, or be interrupted.

A failure may result from:

  • a BrelexCode system error;
  • an AI provider error;
  • infrastructure failure;
  • a network interruption;
  • a processing timeout;
  • an unavailable model;
  • a failed build process;
  • a technical inability to complete the requested operation; or
  • another technical issue.

Where BrelexCode determines that an operation qualifies as a technical failure under the applicable rules, Tokens charged for that operation may be:

  • automatically restored;
  • manually restored after review;
  • adjusted proportionately; or
  • otherwise credited as appropriate.

The relevant adjustment may depend on:

  • whether the operation completed;
  • whether usable Output was produced;
  • whether Tokens were actually consumed by the underlying operation;
  • whether the failure was caused by the Service, a third-party provider, or the user;
  • the extent of the failure; and
  • other relevant technical circumstances.

Further rules are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

21. What Is Not Necessarily a Failed Operation

An AI-generated result is not automatically considered a failed operation merely because:

  • you do not like the result;
  • the design does not match your expectations;
  • the Output requires further prompting;
  • generated code requires debugging;
  • you change your mind about the requested feature;
  • a different prompt might have produced a better result;
  • the Output is incomplete in a subjective sense;
  • the application requires additional development;
  • third-party dependencies need configuration;
  • the Output does not achieve a particular commercial result; or
  • the AI interprets an ambiguous instruction differently from what you intended.

AI systems are probabilistic and may produce imperfect or unexpected results.

Where an operation technically completed and produced Output, eligibility for a Token adjustment will depend on the circumstances and our applicable policies rather than on dissatisfaction alone.

This does not affect statutory remedies that may apply where the Service fails to conform to applicable consumer-law requirements.

22. Partial Operations

An operation may sometimes produce partial Output before being interrupted.

Depending on the circumstances, BrelexCode may determine that:

  • no Token adjustment is appropriate;
  • a partial adjustment is appropriate;
  • a full Token restoration is appropriate; or
  • the operation should be reviewed manually.

We may consider whether the Output was usable and the extent of the processing successfully completed.

23. Token Balance Records

BrelexCode may maintain internal records of:

  • Tokens credited;
  • Tokens purchased;
  • Tokens consumed;
  • Token adjustments;
  • promotional Tokens;
  • failed-operation restorations;
  • refunds;
  • reversals; and
  • other balance activity.

The Token balance shown in your account is intended to reflect the balance available for use.

If there is a discrepancy caused by:

  • a technical error;
  • duplicated credit;
  • incorrect deduction;
  • payment reversal;
  • fraudulent activity; or
  • another accounting error,

we may correct the balance to reflect the amount that should properly apply.

We will not intentionally remove properly purchased Tokens without a valid contractual, legal, payment, security, or technical basis.

24. Technical and Billing Errors

If an error results in:

  • too many Tokens being credited;
  • too few Tokens being deducted;
  • duplicated Tokens;
  • an incorrect refund;
  • an incorrect promotional credit; or
  • another obvious account-balance error,

BrelexCode may correct the error.

Where reasonably appropriate, we may notify you of a material correction.

Knowingly exploiting an obvious technical or billing error may constitute a violation of our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

Good-faith use of the Service before you become aware of an error will not automatically be treated as abuse.

25. Expiry and Validity of Tokens

The validity conditions applicable to Tokens will be communicated through the Service or the terms applicable when those Tokens are obtained.

Where Tokens are sold without a stated expiry period, BrelexCode will not later impose an arbitrary retrospective expiry solely to confiscate an existing paid balance, except where:

  • required by law;
  • necessary because the Service is being discontinued;
  • the account is terminated for serious unlawful or fraudulent activity;
  • the Tokens were obtained through fraud, abuse, payment reversal, or technical error; or
  • another legitimate circumstance applies under these Terms and applicable law.

Promotional, trial, bonus, or complimentary Tokens may be subject to separate expiry or validity conditions if those conditions are disclosed.

If BrelexCode discontinues the Service or materially changes the Token system, we will handle outstanding paid balances in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances described in our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

26. Transfer of Tokens

Unless BrelexCode expressly provides a transfer feature, Tokens are linked to the account to which they were credited and may not be:

  • sold;
  • traded;
  • transferred;
  • gifted;
  • exchanged; or
  • moved between accounts.

We may permit account or balance transfers in exceptional circumstances at our discretion or where required by law.

Account transfers undertaken to circumvent:

  • account restrictions;
  • payment controls;
  • geographic restrictions;
  • enforcement action; or
  • other Service rules

are prohibited.

27. Cash Redemption

Tokens are not redeemable for cash merely because they remain unused.

Unused Tokens do not create a right to withdraw money from BrelexCode as if the account were a bank or payment account.

This does not limit:

  • an approved monetary refund;
  • a statutory right of withdrawal;
  • a remedy required by consumer law;
  • correction of an erroneous charge; or
  • another refund right expressly provided by BrelexCode.

28. Refunds

Refunds are governed primarily by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Depending on the circumstances, a remedy may involve:

  • restoration of Tokens;
  • correction of a Token balance;
  • a partial monetary refund;
  • a full monetary refund;
  • another statutory remedy; or
  • no refund where no contractual or legal basis for one exists.

A Token restoration is not the same as a monetary refund.

Receiving Tokens back into your BrelexCode balance does not necessarily entitle you to receive the equivalent amount in cash.

29. Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may have statutory rights to withdraw from certain distance contracts.

The existence and application of a right of withdrawal may depend on:

  • your country of residence;
  • the nature of the product or service purchased;
  • whether performance has begun;
  • whether digital content has been supplied;
  • whether you requested immediate performance;
  • whether you gave any consent or acknowledgement required by law; and
  • other circumstances provided by applicable consumer law.

Where permitted and relevant under applicable law, BrelexCode may ask you during checkout to:

  • request or expressly consent to immediate access or performance before the expiry of a withdrawal period; and
  • acknowledge any legally applicable consequence for your right of withdrawal.

BrelexCode will not treat mandatory consumer rights as waived unless the legal requirements for doing so have been satisfied.

Further information is provided in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

30. Defective or Non-Conforming Digital Services

Nothing in this Policy excludes rights that consumers may have where digital content or a digital service fails to conform to applicable legal requirements.

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, consumers may be entitled to remedies such as:

  • bringing the Service into conformity;
  • a proportionate price reduction;
  • termination of the relevant contract;
  • reimbursement; or
  • another statutory remedy.

A technical problem should be reported to us within a reasonable time so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, attempt to resolve it.

Contact:

info@brelexcode.com

31. Promotional Offers and Discount Codes

BrelexCode may offer:

  • discounts;
  • promotional prices;
  • bonus Tokens;
  • referral credits;
  • trial Tokens;
  • promotional codes; or
  • other limited offers.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • promotions may be limited in duration;
  • eligibility requirements may apply;
  • promotions may not be combined;
  • promotions may be limited to one use per person, account, payment method, household, or organisation where reasonably necessary;
  • promotional benefits have no cash value; and
  • BrelexCode may refuse or reverse promotional benefits obtained through fraud or abuse.

We may end or modify a promotion prospectively.

Ending a promotion does not retrospectively change a completed purchase made in accordance with the valid promotional terms.

32. Custom Purchases

BrelexCode may offer custom purchase amounts or individually configured packages.

Any specific conditions presented before a custom purchase will form part of the terms applicable to that transaction.

A custom purchase does not create an ongoing obligation for BrelexCode to offer:

  • the same pricing;
  • the same Token conversion;
  • the same limits;
  • the same package structure; or
  • the same custom configuration

for future purchases.

33. Invoices and Receipts

Where available or required by law, BrelexCode or its payment provider may issue a receipt or invoice for a completed transaction.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

If you require company or business billing details to appear on an invoice, you should provide the relevant information through the available billing process or contact us promptly.

We may be unable to retrospectively change certain legally required invoice information after an invoice has been issued or an accounting period has closed.

Requests concerning invoices may be sent to:

info@brelexcode.com

34. Business Purchases

If you purchase the Service on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorised to make the purchase on its behalf.

You are responsible for providing accurate:

  • company name;
  • billing address;
  • registration information;
  • tax information; and
  • other requested business details.

The availability of consumer rights may differ where a purchase is made primarily for business or professional purposes.

Nothing in this Policy grants business users consumer rights that do not apply to them by law.

35. Unauthorised Transactions

If you believe a payment made through your account was unauthorised, contact:

info@brelexcode.com

You should also take reasonable steps to:

  • secure your BrelexCode account;
  • change compromised credentials;
  • secure your email account;
  • review connected accounts; and
  • contact your payment provider where appropriate.

We may temporarily restrict an account or transaction while investigating suspected unauthorised activity.

36. Fraud Prevention

BrelexCode and its payment providers may use reasonable measures to detect and prevent:

  • payment fraud;
  • stolen payment methods;
  • account takeover;
  • suspicious transactions;
  • refund abuse;
  • chargeback abuse; and
  • other unlawful activity.

A transaction may be:

  • delayed;
  • declined;
  • cancelled;
  • refunded;
  • subject to additional verification; or
  • otherwise restricted

where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.

We do not guarantee that every attempted transaction will be accepted.

37. Payment Reversals and Chargebacks

A chargeback or payment dispute occurs when a user asks a bank, card issuer, or payment provider to reverse a transaction.

You have the right to use legitimate payment-dispute mechanisms available to you.

However, you should not initiate a chargeback:

  • fraudulently;
  • using false information;
  • for a transaction you knowingly authorised solely to obtain both the purchased benefit and the payment back; or
  • as a substitute for attempting to resolve an ordinary support issue where the transaction is not genuinely disputed.

Where a payment is reversed, charged back, or determined not to have been successfully received, BrelexCode may, where permitted by law:

  • remove Tokens associated with the reversed payment;
  • suspend access to benefits associated with that payment;
  • correct the account balance;
  • temporarily restrict the account while the dispute is investigated; or
  • provide relevant transaction information to the payment provider.

We will not retaliate against a consumer merely for exercising a legitimate legal or payment-dispute right.

38. Negative Balances Following Reversal

If Tokens associated with a later reversed or refunded payment have already been used, the account may temporarily show an adjusted or restricted balance.

BrelexCode may reasonably require the affected balance or payment issue to be resolved before further paid usage is allowed.

We will not seek amounts that a user does not legally owe.

39. Account Suspension and Billing

Where an account is temporarily suspended, access to Tokens and paid features may also be restricted during the suspension.

A temporary suspension does not automatically:

  • convert Tokens into cash;
  • create an automatic right to a refund; or
  • cancel legitimate outstanding payment obligations.

The treatment of Tokens and payments will depend on:

  • the reason for suspension;
  • the duration;
  • whether the user violated our Terms;
  • whether the Service remains available;
  • applicable consumer law; and
  • our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

40. Account Closure

You may stop using BrelexCode and request closure of your account in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Before closing your account, you should:

  • export projects you wish to retain;
  • review your Token balance;
  • disconnect integrations where appropriate; and
  • resolve any pending billing or refund requests.

Voluntary account closure does not automatically entitle you to cash redemption of unused Tokens.

Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

41. Termination for Misuse

Where an account is terminated because of serious or repeated:

  • fraud;
  • payment abuse;
  • unlawful activity;
  • malicious activity; or
  • violation of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy,

the treatment of unused Tokens will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

BrelexCode will not use account termination as a means of avoiding mandatory refund or consumer obligations.

Tokens obtained through:

  • fraud;
  • stolen payment methods;
  • technical exploitation;
  • duplicated crediting;
  • payment reversal; or
  • other unlawful means

may be removed.

42. Changes to Token Rates and Usage Costs

The technology and external services used to provide AI functionality may change over time.

BrelexCode may change the number of Tokens required for future operations because of factors including:

  • changes to AI models;
  • changes to third-party provider costs;
  • new functionality;
  • improved or more computationally intensive features;
  • changes in infrastructure costs;
  • changes in processing methods; or
  • other legitimate technical or commercial reasons.

Changes to Token consumption rates apply prospectively.

A previous consumption rate does not create a permanent entitlement to use a feature at that rate indefinitely.

Where practical, the applicable rate or estimate will be displayed before the relevant operation.

43. Changes to Packages and Features

BrelexCode may:

  • introduce new packages;
  • discontinue packages for future purchase;
  • change package names;
  • change the number of Tokens in future packages;
  • introduce new account levels;
  • modify future pricing;
  • introduce new models or features; or
  • change the structure of the Service.

Changes to future offers do not automatically alter the terms of a completed purchase.

Where a change materially affects an ongoing digital service already purchased by a consumer, BrelexCode will provide any notice, explanation, termination right, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law.

44. Discontinuation of the Token System or Service

If BrelexCode materially restructures or discontinues:

  • the Token system;
  • a substantial paid feature; or
  • the Service itself,

we will handle outstanding paid entitlements in a reasonable manner consistent with:

  • the nature of the affected purchase;
  • the functionality already provided;
  • the remaining paid balance;
  • any alternative functionality offered; and
  • applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • continued use for a transition period;
  • conversion to an equivalent replacement mechanism;
  • another appropriate account credit;
  • a proportionate refund; or
  • another remedy required by law.

45. No Guaranteed Future Value

Purchasing Tokens provides access to eligible BrelexCode features under the applicable terms.

It does not represent an investment in the future value of:

  • Tokens;
  • BrelexCode;
  • BERELEX TRADE OÜ;
  • AI models; or
  • any other asset.

You should not purchase Tokens for speculative purposes or with an expectation that they can later be sold at a profit.

46. Payment Provider Terms

A third-party payment provider may have its own terms and privacy notice governing services it provides directly to you.

BrelexCode is not responsible for:

  • fees independently charged by your bank;
  • foreign exchange charges imposed by third parties;
  • payment-method restrictions imposed by a financial institution;
  • a bank’s decision to decline a transaction; or
  • independent legal or regulatory obligations of a payment provider.

This does not limit our responsibility for amounts charged by BrelexCode or for matters for which we remain legally responsible.

47. Billing Support

For questions concerning:

  • a purchase;
  • missing Tokens;
  • duplicate charges;
  • Token deductions;
  • billing errors;
  • invoices;
  • refunds;
  • unauthorised transactions; or
  • payment disputes,

please contact:

info@brelexcode.com

To help us investigate, please provide where available:

  • the email address associated with your account;
  • the approximate transaction date;
  • the amount and currency;
  • the relevant transaction reference;
  • a description of the issue; and
  • supporting screenshots or documents where appropriate.

Do not send complete payment card details, passwords, private keys, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.

48. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect:

  • changes to payment methods;
  • changes to the Token system;
  • new features;
  • changes to pricing structures;
  • changes to payment providers;
  • legal or regulatory developments;
  • fraud or security requirements; or
  • improvements in how we explain our billing practices.

The updated Policy will display a revised effective date.

Where changes are material and affect an ongoing contractual relationship, we will provide any notice or other protections required by applicable law.

Changes will not retrospectively increase the price of a completed purchase.

49. Relationship with Other Policies

This Policy should be read together with our:

  • Terms of Service;
  • Refund & Cancellation Policy;
  • Privacy Policy;
  • Acceptable Use Policy;
  • AI & Generated Content Policy; and
  • Cookie Policy.

If there is a conflict between this Policy and a more specific purchase term clearly presented and accepted during checkout, the more specific purchase term will apply to that purchase to the extent permitted by law.

Mandatory legal rights always prevail over conflicting contractual provisions.
